By accessing and using Surfsnowtv services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before contracting our audiovisual production and live streaming services.
Surfsnowtv provides technical and logistical infrastructure for live streaming of extreme sports events, including broadcasting equipment, drone cameras, satellite links, and remote production. Services are provided exclusively to corporate clients in the audiovisual and telecommunications sector.
The client agrees to provide truthful information regarding terrain conditions, coverage requirements, and event schedule. Any omission in technical data may affect transmission quality and releases Surfsnowtv from liability for failures resulting from incorrect information.
Surfsnowtv shall not be liable for transmission interruptions caused by extreme weather conditions, third-party interference, failures in external infrastructure (power grids, internet providers), or force majeure events. Surfsnowtv's total liability is limited to the value of the service contracted for the specific event.
All audiovisual content generated during the transmission is the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Surfsnowtv retains the right to use fragments of up to 30 seconds for promotional purposes, subject to prior client authorization.
Cancellations made less than 15 business days before the event may incur administrative fees of up to 30% of the contracted value. Any modification to the scope of the service must be agreed upon in writing and may involve budget adjustments.
These terms may be updated at any time. Modifications will be notified to active clients at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the new terms.
